Louis Borrelli, president of financial services company Payment Alliance International (PAI), firmly proclaims his Italian heritage. For a number of years, Mr. Borrelli has maintained a seat on the Board of Directors for the Tri-State Italian-American Congress. Established in 1988 and headquartered in Paramus, New Jersey, the Congress promotes Italian culture and heritage and the pride of Italian-Americans. The organization covers New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and holds its monthly meetings in the offices of the Columbus Citizens Foundation on East 69th Street in New York City. Making his home in Purchase, New York, Louis Borrelli regularly participates in the fundraising ventures of the Congress.

One of the annual events hosted by Tri-State Italian-American Congress, the Golf Outing, typically takes place in the fall. Louis Borrelli served on the Golf Committee that arranged the 2008 Golf Outing at Centennial Golf Club in Carmel, New York, as well as the pair of 2010 Golf Outings on Long Island, New York, at Engineers Country Club in Roslyn and Glen Head Country Club in Glen Head. These sporting events sought to raise $300,000 and $400,000, respectively, to fund scholarships for academically promising high school seniors of Italian-American ethnic background in the Tri-State area.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Louis Borrelli studied Business Administration. Currently, Mr. Borrelli oversees Merchant Services for PAI, specializing in remote deposit capture and the company’s ATM (automatic teller machine) services. He belongs to the Port Chester-Rye Brook-Rye Town Chamber of Commerce and the Stamford, Connecticut, Chamber of Commerce.
